The interior design will have a relaxed feeling, with crisp, airy paint tones paired with warm wood finishes, light stonework, and dark metal accents to add a mix of textures. Featuring a very open floor plan, one will enter into the home and be able to take in all of the main spaces at once, the designs of which will be tied in with an oversized porcelain flooring detail comprised of subtly different colors and textures. Another unifying element between the living room and family room, in particular, will be a stained, ribbed wood detail that clads the fireplace on all sides and then continues onto the ceiling where it is cove lit. In the kitchen, a combination of stained and painted cabinetry will complement the natural quartzite countertops and full-height backsplashes. There will be a white bronze wrapped hood with floating wood shelves flanking it and wrapping into the open style butler’s pantry. The bar in the outdoor living area will take inspiration from the main kitchen with open shelving, painted cabinetry, and a large island for entertaining.
